KNDL & Care is a small-batch, handmade product business based in Nashville, TN. All products sold on this site are physical items, including candles and body care products.

Orders and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm for flexible payment options. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount due.

Handmade / Small-Batch Production

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Shipping

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS once your order is shipped.
International Shipping: 10–15 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at ask@KNDLcare.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will work to resolve the issue.

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of KNDL & Care. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

KNDL & Care is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree that KNDL & Care is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products beyond what is covered in our damaged product policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. By placing an order, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashville, TN, for any disputes.
